¶ Entering data from a printed list
1. Find your list number from your list, generally this is found at the bottom lefthand corner of a page with voter names
2. Select grid view on the lefthand side of the home screen on VAN
3. Enter the list number in the space provided
4. At the next page, check to make sure the script, canvasser, and contacted how is correct based on how you pulled the list, and click Next
5. Then mark the appropriate data that matches the canvas/survey response on the paper. Note, there cannot be a survey response if you did not talk to a person so a person cannot be not home and a strong supporter. Also, the ‘next’ button will save the responses and go to the next page, so no need to save then click next.
